Come join our flat in River Valley! in Jervois Road, Central Singapore for sale

A Aussie and a Kiwi working professionals looking for a third to join us in fantastic 3 bedroom flat that we have just moved into. We've both been living in Singapore for a while and have been on the hunt for a great flat and now we have found it :)
We are not a couple and would like just one more flatmate pref for one year but will consider 6 months.
$1400 a month. One months bond. Bills are about $100 a month (net, water, electricity)
About the flat:
- Huge by Singapore Standards
- 3 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a maids room, big kitchen and dining area, a yard for drying clothes etc and a lounge looking out onto greenery 2nd floor.
- Fully furnished including 2 comfy sofa's, 42 inch TV (not pictured as just bought), a extendable dining table, full stocked kitchen with oven.
- Room for rent is pictured. It has built in wardrobes, plenty of space for desk and bookshelf and whatever else you want. There is currently a spare Queen size mattress on the floor to show size but the room will come with a brand new queen size bed, fan and chair. Share bathroom with just one other person. Nice greenery outside windows, very quiet.
About the location:
- Jervois Lodge (32 Jervois Road, River Valley) Condo is only 5 levels and surrounded by greenery and has a tennis court, pool and gym. Its like a little sanctuary, really nice vibe:)
- 8 -10 mins walk to Tiong Bharu MRT or there are buses a minute walk away that will take you to CBD. Google the location and you will see!
- Walking distance to the Singapore River and you can walk to Clarke Quay along the river.
- 5 mins walk to shopping centres and Great World City
We're looking for a someone who will enjoy living here with us and make this a home. There won't be any weird rules. You can cook (more the better!), have guests and make this your home.
Beren and I both work in documentary TV so have quite long hours but when home we like to relax, have potluck dinners, play tennis and get into a good HBO series.
We have friends living here in the condo so its a really nice chilled social vibe.
Room is available immediately (we'd like someone by this weekend if possible) and viewings would be best in evenings after work.
